The collaborative tour marks a rare pairing of two celebrated acts, blending Americana, indie-folk, and atmospheric writing styles into a shared set that highlights both artists’ new material.

I’m With Her, featuring Sarah Jarosz, Aoife O’Donovan, and Sara Watkins, recently returned with Wild and Clear and Blue, their latest studio album and first full-length release in over five years. The title track draws on the group’s shared musical roots, with the band reflecting:

“This song came to life as we tried to honor… the legacy of Nanci Griffith and John Prine, among others. It’s tapping into the nostalgia of these feelings—giving life to the ephemeral ideas of a not-so-distant past: the five & dime stores, the rushing rivers, the pure and simple paradise of time and place.”

The trio’s signature harmonies also appear on “Robin’s Egg,” the newly released single by Iron & Wine that gives the tour its name. Written and produced by Iron and Wine's Sam Beam, the song serves as both a sonic bridge and thematic centerpiece for the joint performances and represents the collaborative spirit behind the tour.

Iron & Wine is touring in support of Light Verse, the 2024 album nominated for a Grammy and praised for its layered arrangements and lyrical warmth. His live performances continue to evolve, balancing intimate delivery with ensemble dynamics.

Since his 2002 debut, Sam Beam has steadily expanded Iron & Wine’s sound while maintaining his poetic songwriting at its core. From hushed acoustic recordings to expansive full-band arrangements, his catalog explores love, memory, and longing with quiet power and lyrical precision.

Whether it’s the seamless harmonies of I’m With Her or the subtle storytelling of Iron & Wine, the Robin’s Egg Tour promises an evening of musical alchemy. Four voices, many layers—and an unforgettable night beneath the stars (at least for those on the lawn)!
